The Rainbow Project is a Hate Community Reporting Centre. This enables us to reporting any hate incidents or crimes anonymously on your behalf to South Yorkshire Police. If you could please email us incident details to info@therainbowproject.org.uk.

Incident details:

*Date & time of the incident

*Location: include place, street name and town/area and other details such as was it in/near your home, in the streets or a public space, at work, at a school or college, public transport, shops etc?

*What happened?

*The victims details- e.g their age, whether gender identity or ethnicity

*Does the victim know the offender(s)- is so what is their relationship or how do they know them?

*Description of offender(s)- for example, approximate age(s), gender identity, what they looked like, name(s) and address(es) (if known).

*Any Witnesses?: Include details of witnesses (e.g names/addresses if known)

*Category of hate incident: was it:

-Age, gender, gender identity, disability, race or ethnicity, religion or belief and/ or sexual orientation.
